On Thursday, May 23, 2025, the Jordan Hotels Association held a specialized training workshop for the staff of Ibis Hotel – Amman, titled “The Art of Handling Guest Complaints.” The workshop was conducted by trainer Ghazi Batarseh, as part of the Association’s ongoing programs aimed at developing the skills of professionals working in the hospitality sector.
Staff members from various departments of the hotel participated in the workshop, which focused on several key areas designed to enhance employees’ ability to handle guest feedback professionally, strengthen communication skills, and deepen understanding of modern hospitality fundamentals.
During the workshop, the trainer emphasized the importance of empowering staff with a thorough understanding of the principles of complaint management, noting that effectively addressing guest concerns contributes to a positive image of the hotel and helps build guest loyalty.
This workshop is part of the Jordan Hotels Association’s continuous efforts to elevate the quality of hotel services in the Kingdom by implementing specialized training programs that align with global best practices in the hospitality industry.
